Micro Technologies offers a 90day warranty on all refurbished tape and optical drives.  New equipment is warranted by the respective manufacturers.  If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact our customer service team at 805-643-6712.  Non-defective returns may incur a 15% restock fee.  Non-defective returns may be exchanged for the full amount of the purchase price.  Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.  Defective equipment will be repaired or replaced.  If the equipment is un-repairable and a replacement is not available, a full refund of the purchase price of the item will be given during the warranty period.  All product returns require an RMA.  Claim for any discrepancy must be made within 48 hours of receipt of product.  No return will be accepted without prior authorization.  All warranties shall be void in the event of damage due to customer modification, improper installation, removal of warranty stickers, physical damage or abuse, tampering, missing parts, excessive or inadequate electrical current, improper return packaging or other irregularities.
